For this one I used a lot of my new tube colour DS indanthrene blue. I love it's contrast to the beautiful light green. For the sky it is a cerulean mix with a tiny bit of ultramarine. In some parts of the Island you can use coastal ways for hiking. You need to be used to hiking because it is quite challenging...and for painters it is great, the wind is your constant companion and the colours and vegetation want to be drawn or painted as the landscape is extremely beautiful! - story to be continued -
Meine neue Farbtube DS Indanthrene Blau konnte ich sehr gut einsetzen und ich finde es sieht sehr gut im Kontrast zum hellen Grün aus. Für den Himmel habe ich Coelin Blau mit etwas Ultramarine gemischt. In einigen Teilen der Insel kann man an Küstenwegen wandern. Man muss schon gut zu Fuß sein, denn die Wege sind anspruchsvoll...Für Maler ist der Wind ein ständiger Begleiter, aber es gibt unendlich schöne Ansichten und es ist absolut toll rauszugehen und zu malen, weil die Landschaft so schön ist!
